Report an Absence HERE

We want your student at school every day to ensure they are getting the best education we can possibly give them. Please read over and review Keller ISD attendance policies and let us know if you have any questions. We plan to be offering incentives for attendance throughout the year. 

*Absence excuses must be submitted in writing or via our online form. We no longer take absence reports via phone. You can report your child's absence above.

• A student is counted absent when she is not in the building at 9:50 a.m.
• When your child returns, please send them with a doctors note or a parent note explaining the reason for their absence. It should include the child's full name and date(s) of absence.
• Students who are not in the building by 7:55 am will be counted tardy. 

Make-up Work

Make-up work will be sent home when the child returns to school.

Students will:

• Receive their make-up work from their teacher when they return.
• Have the same number of days as the number of days absent to make up their class work.
